8/20/20 – It has been decades in coming because finding funding to conduct research on growing truffles in North Carolina was not an easy task. But we did it and here’s the end result of our efforts. A big thank you to Inga Meadows for her perseverance in getting the paper through the review process. And thanks to the North American Truffle Growers Association and the NC Specialty Crops Block Grant Program.
